TERMS

Play fair. Enjoy the rush.

Draft template — legal review, operator details, governing law, minimum age and dispute process are required before public launch.

Free play

NaijaRush is a free trivia game. Scores have no cash value. No wagering, paid score boosts or monetary prizes are offered.

Fair competition

One ranked Daily Rush attempt is allowed per verified player per Lagos calendar day. Server time determines deadlines and scores. Network delays count toward response time. Refreshing resumes the same attempt. Do not automate ranked play, share answer keys or create accounts to bypass restrictions.

Content and moderation

Keep usernames appropriate. Report questionable trivia from your results page. Administrators may invalidate fraudulent scores or restrict abusive accounts, with recorded reasons. An appeal and moderation policy must be approved before public launch.

Availability

Questions may contain errors and service may be interrupted. These draft terms do not establish finalized limitations of liability or statutory rights; counsel must review the final agreement.
